Our process
Pre-Commencement
Our responsibilities are tailored to meet the individual requirements of each project. We determine the project scope and objectives, analyse site constraints, and prepare initial budgets and timelines.
We coordinate the interview process of the professional team and main contractors to ensure their suitability for the project. ROAM manages the team through concept design, planning submission and the preparation of tender documents.
Construction
We coordinate the delivery of the work completed in the pre-commencement package, acting as client representative for site and design team meetings.
ROAM manages the construction process with clear communication and an efficient, common-sense approach to problem solving to keep the project on track through to practical completion.
Practical Completion
We manage the transition from the construction stage through to completion, reviewing snagging and any defects with contractors and assessing final accounts with the quantity surveyor during the defect period.
Post Completion
We understand the importance of planned and proactive maintenance. ROAM offer a tailored property management service which we would be happy to discuss as we near completion of the project.
